Value Added Resellers

Our company is engaged in the business of developing, marketing and selling computer software directly to end users and also through intermediaries such as value added resellers (VAR’s).

A VAR is engaged in the business of adding value to existing software and technology products. In the specific case of the SmartWare Corporation, a VAR remarkets products from the SmartWare Corporation to other value-added resellers and end users.

A VAR of the SmartWare Corporation takes a license in certain of the Corporation's product list, and adds value to the same and remarkets the value-added products, all pursuant to a VAR Agreement executed between the VAR and the SmartWare Corporation.

We focus in the institutional side of the market segment, marketing and selling to Fortune 500 and Government agencies.

The revenue model of the SmartWare Corporation is designed to enable business transactions that create value for all partners, such as VAR’s, suppliers and customers. This revenue model is optimized for appropriation of value.

We realize revenue through the income from VAR’s when they acquire our products for reselling.
